I mixed 2 tablespoons conditioner with 1 tablespoon honey. I haven't done a honey + conditioner thing in ages, so I thought I was due for one
. I left it in overnight.
This morning when I was getting ready to wash, I decided to try some of the scalp treatment Esther bought me from Korea. I got in the bath and undid the towel that was holding in my length and ends. I wet my scalp and applied the tingly peppermint treatment all over, massaging it in. Then I relaxed and read for about 15 minutes before going to the shower to rinse it out.
I didn't do a CWC because I know that it leaves my hair overconditioned a lot of the time, especially after a deep conditioning. Hey - that's a good thing! It means my hair doesn't need too much moisture. So, I rinsed out the conditioners and shampooed my scalp with my Honey shampoo from Body Shop. It is currently drying in a towel. I am planning on curling it with sponge rollers today.
The election votes have been counted, and all of the executive officers know the results. But we won't find out till tonight. Isn't that horrible? I saw one of the officers walking down the stairs yesterday and Esther asked him if he knew the results. He said, "Yes," and then left, looking
really sad and disappointed. Either he was sad because my friends and I lost or he was just tired. I guess I will find out tonight!
I hope I won, but more importantly, I hope my friends won. They are the ones who really deserve this - I am already secretary of French Honor Society, and Isabelle is treasurer... she and I don't really need any other leadership postiions. Esther has never won anything, and she is a very hard-working girl... she deserves to be president. Maybe she should start at a lower position rather than just running for pres or vp every time, but she doesn't want to do that. Anyway, I'll stop rambling about non-hair stuff now
