i couldnt have been more then 3 yards away from this squirrel and i put the cross hairs perfectly betwen the eye and ear heard the pellet hit and he dropped ......only to get back up and run back up the head heighth tree(for me) and make this weird churcking sound it was like churck churck so i shot him again in the heart lung and dropped him dead upon retreval i found my first pellet had not only hit its mark dead on but was bleeding like crazy....why didnt this kill him???
i was using pointed pellets instead of wadcutters if that makes a diff.
