HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO GO ON FOR?

for the last 3 weeks now i have been watching mark heath preston and i just dont think he is first team material, i know deep down he thinks he is. but its time to face the truth, the facts, he is just not capable of making it. so why keep him in the reserves?
