My fault - sorry Kev. To be honest I let it slide. I am not particularly knowledgeable about this type of financial arrangement. I was quite happy to help all I could but it really needed a banker - no, really, a Banker - of some sort to take it on.
I will still happily try to help but I do not have the know-how to cross Ts and dot Is, I'm afraid.
