"HISTON TRACKING LYNN ACE BLOOMFIELD
By Sam Elliott - Posted: Fri Nov 18, 2005 3:58 pm
FA Cup heroes Histon have offered £10,000 plus a player to prise King's Lynn striker Danny Bloomfield away from The Walks.

The Conference South club, who face Nuneaton Borough in the second round of the Cup, are looking for more firepower to improve on their mid-table league position.

They are willing to splash the cash generated from their Cup run on
a player who has netted 85 goals in 125 Southern League games.

Bloomfield has netted 12 goals in 16 games this season but Histon are likely to face competition from Peterborough United, whose boss Mark Wright has also been keeping tabs on the 23-year-old who was linked with Cambridge United last season. "

But thankfully he's STAYING!!!
