Jack is a great player and in his own way inspirational. A total Linnet. The way he plays is in a style of his own. Let's face it he is a big unit, but has sublime skills and is very hard to knock off the ball. Really good in the air also.

He is not playing at his best currently and in the last two away games has not been as effective as he might. Not sure he should be playing in a left sided role, but that's where he is fitted in at the moment.

I've been impressed with Anselin this season. I thought he might be a bit disappointing having watched him play for Norwich years ago. His awareness of the game and where players are means that he can often lay the ball off with one touch in tight situations, and also he is quite hard for a little guy and willing to stick his head/foot in.
