I have stumbled onto some speakers and a pre assembled Cabinet on eBay ... Can anone give me input on the sensibility of me doing this ...

And this guy has many speakers available ... selling at $1.00 starting bid, (in looking at feedback) many have sold very cheap.
Some of the speakers are sets of four with screwdriver holes punched in them ... which he says can be repaired.

I don't need a cabinet to take out to a gig every night, I just need something to support my X100B Carvin Amp and put out decent sound for diddling around here in the house.
Might be fun to learn something about how speaker cabinets sold be wired in the process
