that mercury works but the knobs aint indexed , and I can only be sure about the one cause the other two (X,Z) go all the way around the thing shows grid leakage on what I think is setting number 8 no matter what kind of tube is in it or even if there is a tube in it at all !

There is absolutely nothing to the mercury the knobs are the most complicated things in it aside from that it has a transformer and a gauge , both of which I believe to be good . Got a feeling those knobs need attention though , and indexing.

anybody got any 1134 miniature bulbs ? that's what my marantz uses for clip lights one's busted . You can buy new ones but they appear to be chinese.
