Yeah thats a good a bit of info your passing on. I hooked a surround up for a friend a while back...I think the rating was 100watts per channel..it was a weak as kitten piss...the owner seemed ok with it but I was very very embarrasd for her. I knew the ratings were bogus..but I didnt know why till now amigo.
