Two Amps

Back when I gigged, I used to use two amps...A Pro Jr (sort of 5E3 like) and a custom Steve Sinnicks amp that is sort of a 35 watt deluxe reverb with a cathode biased el-34 power section.
I like the blending of the low headroom primitavo sound with the cleaner blackface reverb tone.
I guess the two power section thing, while do able would be costly...
Easier to do the 4 el-84 36 watt bluesbreaker....
I wonder what that amp would sound like with a switchable 5E3/Bluesbreaker preamps?
Just dreaming....
