I'm currently listening to the worst P.A. system...

ever assembled...and it dosen't help that it located less than 25 meters away from my bedroom window, or that it's currently 8am and this all started at 6:30am, and that there is no recourse of action (to complain is to be dismembered with machetes, strung up and then jailed). Did I mention that this is gonna last till midnight? Lets play a game while my windows are rattling from the muddied blare of busted speaker bass from a synthsized version of Auld Lang Syne with Disney Land vocals. Oh the game is... how many times can a person blow into a mic and say test...test...test...in the space of an hour.

Will try to get my head around this and enjoy myself (this is perhaps the biggest party this country has ever seen), if this fails...well it's been nice knowing ya'll.

p.s. joe they have this absolutly toxic home brew here, it's sold in plastic jugs...the smell reminds me of, well.... banjos.
