Need speakers

My faithfull old infinity's bit the dust recently, not sure how, I bet my kids could help explain it. 15" cones are toast. These are 20+ years old, and gettin beat up. Time for new.

Any opinions on good speakers for the next 20 years? Locally I am looking at B & W's (maybe 684's or 704's), also looking at Klipsch RF-63's. Other thought is set of Magnepan's. Need to travel to Denver to listen these are any other choices.

Have Pleanty of amp for any of these, Carver 4.0t amp (325w channel @ 8ohm). Was able to get this and preamp through genuine carver service last year before it shut down. Should be good for many more years.

Any other thoughts? Listen to lots of rock and a little of everything else. Kinda afraid I'll buy something tall and skinny with a bunch of 5" cones and hate it due to lack of bottom end. I do have 12" 250w powered sub so it may be alright. Just used to rattling things when I wanna get loud.
