The Public services in Eastern Nebraska moved to a 800mhz
trunking system. As I look through the choices it looks like 4 choices. Uniden BC898T, BCT8,895XLT and BC780XLT.
I found on another forum that the 898T has some issues with their PL tones ??? Maybe I don't need the unit with the most features. It will be a base scanner, not mobile.
