| Why are the input signal's muffled ? ITs like there scrambled or something, is there anyway to hear them?

The input signal is the lower powered signal directly from the police car...etc.. Due to it being mobile and using less power the weak signal will be hard to intercept even with a external antenna connected to your scanner..
