Hi,
I'm looking for a dog that stays the size and look of a puppy forever
I'm not looking for chiwawa or breeds of that kind.
I saw a few years ago on TV a special about a breeder that had pups that looked like labs, they stopped growing at 8 weeks and stayed that way throughout there whole life.
