| I expected an action/horserace adventure and got a lot more--a noble character of a man, the connection to
the Native American sufferings, adventure to the Middle East, which was such wonderful contrast and
revelant perhaps to today's situation---the American
cowboy, independent, proud, yet htis man is a half-breed--yet he finds spiritual truth from his Indian side,
and the power to help him and his horse win! Yes, a lot of subjects to cover but so what! The noble American man opens our hearts to compassion, control,
respect for nature and animals, we need this. So what if the real Frank may not have done all this--his writings are now only being brought to light--he seemed to be a horse whispperer! |
