He was a Roman Consul;he win the first Roman naval battle against The Carthagens;he got the idea of to put in the ships moved bridges with arpons and get the carthagens ships(261bc).Best regards bambino mio!VIVA ITALIA,BRAZIL and PORTUGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
