I cant speak for miltos, but here's my take on things.
Muslims support other muslims simpy because they're muslims and no matter if they are totally wrong. This why alot of ppl cant stand muslims.
You only support the turks in Cyprus because they are muslims right? If the Greeks were muslims and turks were Christians you'd be supporting the Greeks most likely.

you obviously are not familiar with what happened in cyprus..what you've mentioned are fundamendal democratic values however no western nation has recognised northern cyprus, ever wondered why? because none of that applies to northern cyprus.
I do know how Northern Cyprus came about, through military intervention. Lets leave it at that.
Fair enough, another country came in and broke Northern Cyprus away from the rest of Cyprus, but whats key is that the Turkish Cypriots wanted it.
They have had their own government for a long time now, its high time they recieved UN membership.
Remember, in order to be a UN member you do not have to be deomcratic. Any stable government, which does not abuse the rights of its citizens to a large extent, qualifies for UN membership. That said and done, the TRNC is a democratic country.
Greeks my advice to you is to stop being stubborn and forget what happened in the past. Look towards future cooperation to with the TRNC.

wrong again...the settlers brought in by the turks may like the idea, not the local turkish cypriots. why do you think they all run to get a Greek Cypriot passport "selling" their "beloved" turkish identity?
For economical and conveniance reasons, they may love the TRNC but they cant travel freely throughout Europe on a TRNC paasport, which very few countries accept.
I think only Turkey, Azerbaijan and Pakistan accept the TRNC passport, if a Turkish cypriot wants to go anywhere otehr than these three countires they must obtain a Turkish passport.
But its much easier to just get a Cypriot EU passport so they can travel all over Europe without Visas.
It has very little to do with how they feel about the TRNC.
