Yes it is wrestling but beside that I think it might be Kalaripayattu or Shaster Vidya. But even if not proven. Its still amazing to watch!

The thin sword is awesome. Darknss is right. It might be the most effective sword!

A kid kicks his dads butt!

I believe Mua Thai has its roots in this art. They even have the same stances and share common legends.

somehow the movie industry or any other form of Indian Entertainment arent exploiting this part of our culture...

instead we have low budget fake fight scenes with "dishum" representing every landed bullet or punch lol

Why not? Thailand has a martial arts movie industry with Tony Ja and so do Belgium and the US. LOL. All of the US and Euro martial arts stars (Jean Claude van Damme, Chuck Norris, etc.) put in at some time in Hong Kong.

Bollywood should hire some Hong Kong martial arts dude and pit them against the Indian dudes to create interest in the martial arts fan base.

Well, you do need to find a guy who's a little bit more built than the dudes in the videos. They're too skinny. LOL.

lol Panada clearly doesnot know the fundamentals of martial arts. In all martial arts forms, being small (approx 5'5" -6'1") and strong is important. Being too big means you're too heavy, slow, and easy to hit, and being too small will make it hard for you to manipulate the momentum and force of your opponents.

The sword can disable and kill people from a distant range. The videos are really good, and I'll post some if I can find it. Fighting several opponents blindfolded (and winning), using a 4 bladed Urumi, hitting still targets while blindfolded, are some of the things I've seen before. I've also seen a 6'3" dude holding an Indian dhal being knocked on his back by a guy using a 4 bladed urumi.

Here, he's using a 2-bladed and a single bladed urumi.
