The average age of those "inventions" dates back to around 1000 AD as the documentary describes with a few of them dating on an earlier era.
Sorry to burst your bubble though cause at least half of those "inventions" were known and applied stuff in Greece at least a millennium earlier than the chinese counterparts....
You would have to enlighten us exactly which ones you're talking about.

some of these inventions say they were chinese but inacutality where those inventions originate from was not considered chinese territtry at the time of the inventions were acutally invented ie thailand: part of ancient thailand is now chinese territory so the ballon is credited to be chinese
