Hi guys and Marry Christmas (Xronia polla, Vesela Koleda) to every christian who visiting this forum.
Because of our great holiday I would like to post Byzantine Orthodox Music and hope our great christian holiday to become more sensible for every christian.
The videos consist of one of the best byzantine hymns and are not Chrismas hymns. If you hear them you will understand the path of Christ and the character of Byzantion, the Empire of Christ.

And again Marry Christmas to all christians [linked image]

Enjoy:

@Corpusvile

Don`t you saw the thread title "Byzantine christian music"?!?
This mean: forbidden for (t)orks and pigs!
I never expected an (t)orkish pig to understand the christian music!

Go where you will feel among pigs:

The pigs in there will fly for real especially after 2010 happy.gif

Now smile and get out of here:

Yeah, very spiritual indeed. I like Orthodox music as well and I am a fan of the singer of the first video above: Divna Ljubojevic of Serbia. Just a few days ago I uploaded one of her performance, a hymn in Serbian.

Enjoy!

I`m happy to hear that you understand the spirituality of our orthodox music. It`s much more than deep music indeed. It`s a path toward the Lord.

Here one of the best Chrismas hymns of the greek orthodox church:

P.S.: I also love slavic orthodox liturgy. The serbian, the bulgarian and the russian-ukrainian liturgy are very similar. Thank you for your video and contribution into this thread. [linked image]

Modern people lost that clarity and peace of mind.
Listening to this and classical music makes you reallise how we decayed.
We need this sort of music, I suppose, otherwise with cattle on facebook is no progress.
