Can I post multiple pins under one heading?

I'd like to pinpoint piano teachers in Phoenix, AZ for students to be able to find a teacher in their neighbourhood more easily. How can I create a heading "Piano Teachers" and have multiple pinpoints on a map so that a student can choose a few close to where they already live, to phone? Thanks.
