Porous Plus

Does anybody have an easy way to get Porous Plus off of a surface especially marbles?

We did a bathroom today (honed travertine)it was pretty clean to begin with. Klenzall, rinse with water, Sealed it. After it dried flakes were coming off of the travertine, we scraped it off with a razor. Customer used Porous Plus last time they sealed. It has to be the problem. This is the third time this has happened when someone used Porous Plus.
