We use the Ring 95% of the time. You will get better water recovery with it then with the brush.
The brush is used on either stone floors so as not to chance any grit getting stuck under it and scratching the surface or if the floor is so uneven and has tons of lippage that it causes the Turbo to bounce around and lift up.
