I'm assuming you want a uniform, correct? I don't know what to tell you other than check out About.com's Babylon 5 pages/forum. If anyone can help you, they can. You almost have to make the costume yourself. I doubt you'll be lucky enough to have a sci-fi convention in your area before Halloween, but that would probably be your best bet for finding patterns and accessories.
