I can only say what a shame....I hope you all know how sucky our coach are. he got zero control. a coach that is afraid of taking ali daei out is a pussy. we should have played the same style as we did in the first halv.
LOL, my predictions were almost true, I predicted 4-1 for Mexico. Anyway, I support Mexico on WAFF and Iran in Miami, its just my inherent nature of being an *******.
Thank you GoItaly but this is no great tragedy for us
We gave the Mexicans the game, I certainly do not think they outplayed us! But sadly they will get the points and we will not.
And I agree with you Shahab jan, Daei was horrendous. And our subs were awful too. Why in hell did we take out Karimi so early?!?!?!?

And he ruined one of our attack opportunities with that awful pass!
I nearly tore down the walls!

Iranians underestimating Angola very much, also I dont think that Iran can beat up Portugal,Portugal maybe not strong as in past but anyway they can win the match against Iran.

Yes, Branko needs to stop giving Daei blowjobs and sit him down for the WC
Why did Daei choose to retire after WC and ruin our chances?!?!?!?

thats because he is selvfish agha issa...he just cant see how he is focking the team up. and aint nobody there to tell him otherwise. dont expect too much of this team as long as daei and branco are there. And yeah that second goal focked us badly.how typical of our goal keeper to do stunts like that,.
I don't know bout you guys but I think Iran played well against a normally strong Mexico.
You Iranians shouldn't be too upset, remember that it's only the 1st or second time you're in a WC. Iran has a good team but it will be hard to get past Portugal though...
Good luck !
I like Mirzapour but he is not realiable enough
He is a world-class keeper on some occassions and a f***ing embarrassment on others...
Ishallah ke Daei majroo' she!

Shahab jan the problem with not drawing today is that we are forced to win back to back matches
Both these matches are certainly winnable, we have the talent! If only Branko had balls!

For Angola Iran ve a chance but they should be very carefull towards them, but for the Portugal I dont think so,Portugal and Mexico ve the chance out of this group.

Portugal is a typical overrated European team, nothing special
We can beat them, we need to learn to utilise our talent properly!

I agree! He is awful! But look at the talented players we have! Mahdavikia (2004 AFC player of the year), Karimi (2005 AFC player of the year), Zandi, Hashemian, Rezaei, Kaebi, Nosrati, etc.
Branko, Daei, and the Federation are destroying us!

The game started at 1 a.m here in Korea, and I'd stayed up till 6 a.m the previous night watching Argentina-Cote D'Ivoire, so I was really tired to finish the whole game. I watched the first half just long enough to see Iran tie the game 1-1, then both sides settled and got locked into a slow stalemate, so I turned the television off feeling pretty good about the expected result. Imagine my surprise when I got up this morning and saw the scoreline.
Not to worry though anything can happen in football. Angola's @$$ will most likely be toast, you just have to give it your all against Portugal and perhaps you can pull off a big upset.
Mantis the 2nd Half Iran was purely defensive.
The Iranians seemed to have no passion or spirit.I know they were booed when they took the field. This could be why they looked so down.
A bunch of idiots with Israeli flags rallied outside the arena...
