played BF2142 for a little bit, haven't played it in a couple of months since though...

I played Vegas on my xb360 for awhile.....its ok.

LOL, yeah Bota, gonna wait a couple of months for the 8800s and Core Duos to mature before "investing" in a new rig.

Yupp, I'm still around a bit, though I don't post here much anymore as this place really isn't much of an actual military news discussion site anymore, but I am still around from time to time..

R6V is amazing, IMO. I played it on a friend's Xbox360, and that game almost makes me want to get a 360, but then I always remind myself that it's coming to PS3, and I can wait.

It is a fun game.. I just don't like all the rappelling that goes on in every map and I don't like the damage range of frags (is too small of a damage area) and it is a bit more arcadey than the previous R6 titles, but the sounds and visuals and overall gameplay are enough to overcome the downsides.

It is just too bad that the devs feel they have to "dumb down" a game in order to reach a larger audience.
