Man U is in trouble now, home advantage in the next leg aside, things are looking gloomy. With all the injuries they've suffered, their squad is paper-thin especially in defence. Park Ji Sung is doubtful for the next leg, looks like the injury he shook off against Blackburn is worse than initially thought, and Scholes is suspended. They will probably have to start Fletcher, and Giggs will have to shift over to center, not his best position. If they lose one more defender to injury, they will end up with a Chelsea-like situation during mid-season, they just promoted 18 year old Cathcart from youth squad as a replacement, that's pretty sad. They'll also be sorry they didn't hold onto Larsson, even if he couldn't play in CL, he could at least start in the league/cup matches inbetween, because players like Solksjaer definitely shouldn't be playing everyday, especially when he's coming off an injury of his own.

I still trust Ferguson to come up with a way to get the job done, but it appears more likely that Man U's lucky streak this season (lucky because literally everything's gone right for them this season, no injuries till recently to their key players, etc.) is coming to an end.

I knew its going to be a mean victory for Manchester after the second goal, I imagined them winning by 6 goals.

in the other game it was cool as always to see Drogba play.

Amazing freakin game! After their first-leg loss then that disaster against Portsmouth, I thought they were on the brink, what a way to shake it all off and bounce back in such a big way. Kudos to Ferguson and all the players. Wow... just wow.

What the hell was wrong with Rome?
They had the best defense in the whole CL (only 5 goals against),and now this.
6 of the 7 goals were awfull mistakes by the goalkeeper or the defence.

Thats what happens if you have a bad day when playing against ManU...

What a game, brilliant! And I'm not even a ManU fan. 75% of the semi-final teams are English teams.

I hope and think Bayern will win today. Come on Bayern. In my opinion they will win 3:2.

Yes, of course. Though if it were Arsenal I'd be even more thrilled. I'm happy that probably 3 of 4 teams in the semis are English. As Ferguson said, it just shows that the EPL is the best league in the world.

Doesn't really matter for me if the team is English or not. I'd absolutely hate to see Chelsea win it.

Manchester United and Chelsea are gonna have a heated battle for the Treble this season. They are both semi-finalists in the FA cup AND Champion's League as well being the favorites to advance with each finals being played only 4 days apart. Also Man U vs Chelsea will be their 2nd last league match for both teams, whichever team is ahead at that point can effectively clinch the Premiership title with a win. May Man U own them in all three, what a dramatic cap to the season that would be, beating your rivals in ALL three competitions to capture the treble.

Muahhhhhhh, the red side of Milan will be celebrating a european championship this year!! Inter can take the scudetto!!

On a serious note, Milan is to sh!t to beat Man U, unfortunately it will be a Chelsea - Man U final. I pray with all my might that Mourinho that prick doesn't win the Premiership, FA cup and CL.
