When you look at it, the biggest club to have an English manager is Newcastle with Sam Alladyce. Yet their not even doing that well. At club level the best peforming English manager seems to Rednapp with Portsmouth who are placed in 7th. Even the fooking Scots whose footballing talent is next to nil have atleast three decent managers in O'Neil, Ferguson and Moyes. lol

If FIFA force the players to be from the country they are representing then i don't see why it should be different for Managers/Coach, they contribute to the team as much as anyobody. It's a dumb rule and should be changed or international teams of the future will be including foreigners who have qualified to play through a long stay in the country or you just wave a big fat cheque in front of their greedy faces too.
