Hey Matt, long time!

Hows it different from the original, at the moment having finished Crysis and a whole bunch of new stuff, I've reverted to Medieval 2, so I need something new.

It completely rebalances the units and redoes the economy model. It really feels close to the old TA in gameplay now. It is just 3x better than the original imo.

If you get it and ever manage to get a decent internet connection lemme know and we'll play.

lol, Bota, I "moved" from Lebanon 2 years ago, in Montreal now; so is a 10Mbit connection enough?

Well, still not as good as my 15Mbit but I guess it will suffice Yeah go get it and we'll kill some **** ! It really improves the game tremendously imo.

Played Supreme Commander (one of the few computer games I've actually found the time to play) because TA was one of my absolute, best top PC games of my Uni days (which coincidentally, almost made me repeat a year when the expansion pack with 100 scenarios came out!) but sadly, it in no way stands out.

Strangely enough, I even prefer the TA graphics - despite them being REALLY dated already.

Supreme commander suffers from the same problems as TA. The 3 sides have lots of similar, except for the name units, and some units are pretty much pointless. The action also feels WAAAAAAAAAY slow compared to TA - on some of the larger maps it can take you ages to get your tanks over to the enemy base.
