While i was playing a game the electrics for my house switched off though after i switched them back on and decided to play online for pes 2009 however suddenly a message came up saying bla, bla, bla (i cant play) so i did a connection test, the first 3 things came upavailable but the UPnP code came up as unavailable and suddenly from NAT Type 2 it turned to Nat Type 3. Will this recover ffs????? Im p1ssed off know knowing that i cant play online, so ****ing unlucky

Its ok, i solved it. rebooted the whole faking internet and it works

NAT = Network Address Translation. If you have a router, it will most likely be something on it that changed for what ever reason.
