Infinity Ward Community Manager mentions Modern Warfare 2
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was both critically lauded and a smash success at retail, so it has always been clear that a sequel is inevitable. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has been assumed to be in production for the last year, though it wasn't announced until last December. And since that murky reveal, we haven't heard a single thing about the game. Until now.
Robert Bowling, the Director of Communications and Community Manager for Infinity Ward, just 'tweeted' the following message.
"Reviewing some radio-chatter VO we just finished recording for Modern Warfare 2 today. 'Cujo Two-One this is Vulture, solid copy on all.' "
Is that news? If we're talking about another generic first person shooter, no. If we're talking about a sequel to our Game of the Year in 2007, absolutely. This is the first we've heard of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 from inside Infinity Ward. Hopefully it won't be too much longer until we hear (or see!) something more substantial.

Why do people talk about an Islamic bomb?... This is a Pakistani bomb. In the case of India, you don't talk of a
vegetarian bomb."
