cod and bf series are different TYPEs of games..

Bf gives you a lot of flexibility and multiplayer fun while you can hit the floor in action with COD series..

about the game, i am looking forward to it. probably my video card wont be enough but i want it.. maybe i upgrade the PC for it..

I was saying in terms of visual effects. COD4:MW2 provides the player with an extremely interactive, completely destoryable environment with stunning visual effects. Game play is also rediculously enjoyable and the plot (based on MW1) really ties you to the game.

Take my word for it, Operation Flashpoint 2 will be MUCH better than MW2 could ever dream to be.

Of course MW2 will still be WAY more popular and sell millions of more copies, but if you're a true fan of realistic soldier sims, OF2 takes the cake. I'm a call of duty fan myself, but after playing so many run and gun FPS games it's starting to get a little boring. After the rainbow six/ghost recon franchises going the commercial route, this is one the last truly realistic shooter left on the mainstream market. There's nothing like the thrill of knowing that you can be killed by a single shot at any moment, definitely more of an adrenaline rush than CoD's fancy scripted sequences.

Problem is, that isn't a FPS, its a sim. Different style of game since it is based on realism not trying to entertain.

Play hardcore mode, most guns kill you one shot. Play S&D and its basically same **** lol.

I pre-ordered my MW2 already, it'll be the biggest FPS to date by a large margin. Complaining about it is like complaining about WoW (possibly the most homosexual game ever made IMO), Starcraft or CS. I play Dawn of War 2 a hell of a lot, which is probably better then Starcraft 2 ever will be, but hey, its not about how good the game is, but a whole bunch of different things that come together. I'll still get SC2, because I want to finish the campaign (even though its broken down over three games) and see the custom made maps, which rocked the socks in the original game.

Diablo 3 will probably be the **** as well.

COD4:MW2 is THE CHIT. It's the game that every FPS junkie has been dreaming of and waiting for. Even MW1 was pretty damn bad ass but this one is just simply put mind blowing.
