No I don't consider Timisoara a serbian town by "culture and history" altough it has some touch of serbian culture but the romanian and hungarian culture in Timisoara are much more dominant than the serbian.

A town doesn't have to be in your state to be considered like a part of your heritage.
It's truth that Subotica (Szabadka) is mainly a hungarian town by culture and history, no problem to admit that as a serbian.

Kaliningrad (Koenigsberg) is a german town but in Russia.
Lvov a polish but in Ukraine.
Sent Andreja (Szetendre) a serbian but in Hungary.
Pula ( Pola) an italian but in Croatia.
Strasbourg a german but in France……….etc, etc

Ungaro I can suggest you to visit one nice Vojvodina's town. It's called Kovin, it's in southern Banat.

Yes Ungaro, there is a hospital like that in my town too (Vrsac). It is going to be held european basketball championship here (of course no Hungary), but I am sure you are gonna heve fun, they are going to give you cheap tickets when they consider your mental health.

Yes I know Versec , a beautiful Magyar town . Magyar built it , and it was part of Magyarorszag and Vajdasag for 1000 yrs. Then it was given to you Svinje in 1920 , but it will be ours again.

Versec was built by Serbians and Germans mostly, and it was founded in 1401 by Serbs, and like it’s name says it is Serbian since it’s beginning. Word “verh (vrh)” means peak, so Vrsac (Versec) means something like “city below the hill”. And yes, German culture hit the town, we have the biggest catholic church in this part of Europe and city really is beautiful.

A Google link brought me to this page, and I just wanted to say that I was disgusted with most of what I read in the first couple of posts in this thread - I only skimmed through the latter ones. The only sane posts here were made by a person under under a nickname of "a hungarian guy".

I bet neither one of you lives in regions of Northern Backa and Northern Banat, where populations of Serbs and Magyars are mixed, but rather in Hungary or Central Serbia, according to your behaviour. I am going to restrict my criticism to Serbian posters only, especially to the one who made that awful title of the thread, although the same could be applyed to Hungarian posters as well: no sane person in Serbia views Hungarians, their people and culture as bad and/or inferior in any way. Many Hungarians from Vojvodina contributed much in Serbian cultural and politic life, even in Serbian military, such as colonel Zoltan Dani who downed American Stealth F-117A during NATO bombing, through actress and cultural activist Maria Balas (aka Eva Ras), painter Janos Mesaros, lawyer Tibor Varadi, chief attorney of Serbia before the Hague Tribunal, late Janika Balas, urban legend of Novi Sad (Újvidék) and many others.

As a great admirer of Hungarian history and culture (I only lack the knowledge of Hungarian language), I denounce all negative qualifications concerning them. It is true, we've had a tragic mutual history for the last few centuries, when Serbs were used as a means to suffocate Hungarian rebellions, and in both World Wars also, but it wasn't for some hostilities between the peoples, but because of the politics made from the above. However, in times prior to those, things were different, such as with the arival of Turks, when great friendships and alliances between Serbian Despots and Hungarian Kings were made, when blood of both of our peoples was spilled in a mutual fight, and from when some Hungarians are still respected as Serbian national heroes, such as Janos Hunyadi.

'A Hungarian guy' was right, you should all be ashame of yourselves, for this page is full of negative energy, and can only make any of Serbs/Magyars from mixed regions feel annoyed when reading it, and can contribute any foolish action of weak and stupid persnalities in this moment when it is obvious that there are certain interests of certain circles to create another 'crisis region' where international forces should be brought to maintain the peace. It serves to no good. Our peoples should be friends to each others, as they are, and not enemies.
