I couldn’t find anything on the two wristwatches, but the tank clock is a 127 4C (with the 4 representing the Cyrillic character for CH) board clock. It was used in automobiles. There were two variations. Yours, marked with a B, indicates that the numbers and hands are luminescent. If marked with a K it would indicate that the numbers and hands were illuminated with a red light. It should have a 14 jewel movement with a 9 day running reserve.
      Hope this helps.
