I also believe that Jesus Christ is sinless. What I am actually trying to point out is that the word 'ALL' or 'NO ONE' in both verses does not captures everyone but have exceptions.
And this actually counter your 'all' argument. As a matter of fact, sin is commited when one disobeys God's law and commands. Newlyborns are sinless because they cannot commit sins at their age. However, when they come to understanding good and evil, they can start committing sins.
Thus Christ declares:
Matthew 18:2-4
2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
