If you think Isaiah did not write Cyrus,

then show me any Hebrew text without Cyrus. If God had not wanted Isaiah (or his disciples, it does not matter here if those 2 passages were written by Isaiah himself or his disciples) to write Cyrus, he would have preserved Isaiah texts without Cyrus. But I don't believe there are any. So God wanted the name Cyrus there.
