The guys are right. 7/KOSB only wore tartan above the formation badges. 21st was an independent Company not Battalion. They wore sky blue officers rank as was worn by Para Corps. Yes the Pegs are backwards but beleive it or not I have seen them worn this way in studio photographs. Still should flip them. I would love to know who this Can Loan Canadian was in 21 IPC. I dont have the Can Loan book handy.
