Response to Thumbs Up
All I see in this video is respect, the child is showing respect to the Canadian soldiers and the officer leading the march is showing respect with the salute and march past. I can not believe any one would take offence to this video, it is part of the Belgium history to honour the Canadians, if it were not for Canadians, British and the rest of the Allies he would be wearing a SS uniform along with the rest of us. My uncle who served in the South Alberta's was in Belgium in WW2 and before he passed away had travelled to Belgium on numerous occasions with the Legion and always spoke of how the youth and adults are thankful to the Canadians and British.
To say this is child abuse is absoulte rubbish, I would say this moment in that childs life when the officer gave his salute would be remembered for a long time. I would hate to see what Dorosh's views are on Army Cadets, although this child is young I think he understands duty and honour.
The only problem I see with this video is the plug who has his arms at his side and not in time while at eyes right.
