Response to Questions asked....

Hi Ed

No offence taken, I am used to the tone of your messages in the past.
I know you mean well, Ed.

I hope I am not sounding harsh but many times you tend to lash out at people regarding "small quick questions" and how they don't' search this site first, or don't research etc...

I do more research than you think!!!
and have a good library of ref' books.

I spent time last night looking thought all my reference books and searching the net. But could not find evidence showing photos
to the exception to the rule of guns being worn forward. Of course it makes sense that the guns point forward...I am looking for photos of the contrary. As you know things were done in the field that were, no the norm, or unapproved etc...perhapes there were no more "left" pointing guns when this sgt sewed it on...

When I can't find what I'm looking for then I post a simple question
like this. All I was looking for was, a "yes I've seen a photo of a guy wearing them that way" or "Never saw that"...From other photos I have seen most have the guns pointing forward but on pre war dress tunics, not SD war period photos.

Cheers
Roger
