Response to Bonnet - Calg Highrs
The Regs I have include all amendments to Oct 1963 (Amendment 10). The authority for promulgating amendments was, I believe, Directorate of Ceremonial but this was always after the Regiment approached NDHQ with their desire to change an existing, or introduce a new, item.
