Response to WW2 Ladies size chart

The closest I have found in a ladies size chart is in 1945 "Priced Scales of issue - Clothing, Necessaries, Accoutrements and Anti-gas Equipment for Personnel of the Canadian Army Overseas", as notified in CAORO No.5518 dated 10 Feb 45.

Part 2 covers "Clothing CWAC Volunteers Serving in the UK" plus women officers RCAMC and Nursing Sisters. Appendix 1 is the sizing chart by groups of items and by single items. Some items are sized small, medium and large; others have specific sizes by height and bust sizes.

Examples:
1) Jacket barathea, jacket summer, skirt barathea and skirt summer have sizes 1 to 19, ranging from size 1 - 5 feet bust 33-34 to size 19 - height 6 feet and bust 44-45.

2) Dress General Purpose - size 1 (5 feet bust 32) to size 18 (5 feet 11 bust 41).

3) Shirt cotton khaki had no shirt size number, simply showing neck and bust sizes, beginning bust 32 inches and neck 12 1/2 to bust 44 and neck 15 1/2.
