| 3 RCR (later 4 RCR) wore a plume/hackle (I can't remember the proper nomenclature for it) with their beret.
The Lorne Scots wear a balmoral, not a beret. Clive, contact Jon Skagfeld, he served as a Sergeant-Major with the Lorne Scots.
