Judging by previous postings, I think that Michael and I have similar thoughts on this issue, however, I attribute my comments here solely as my own.
To illustrate a point, a couple of you are speaking in terms of a political party, while not appearing to recognize that the country may have more prominence in achieving an accurate description. I doubt that the new F-35s (if Canada ever does choose to purchase one or more) will be called the 'Conservative F-35s' rather than the 'Canadian F-35s'. Similarly, I don't know of any Aircarft Carrier belonging to our southern neighbour that is described as a Republican Aircraft Carrier (or even a Democrat one). The argument that you are making is that the description should be political.
