Response to British-Canadian Accent.

Interesting. This subject reminds of the broadcast that Canadian reporter for the BBC, Stanley Maxted, recorded during the evacuation at Arnhem. After 9 days of being with the British 1st Airborne Division he was overjoyed to hear the Canadian accent of the engineers from the 23rd Field Company, R.C.E. It was "music to his ears".

Fyi: he recreated his broadcast for the movie, `Theirs is the Glory' and I transcribed it in my book, `The Storm Boat Kings'.
