My wife and I were in your lovely town in 2014 (or 2013?) while you were still mayor. Menna Hensmann was very helpful and I thank her in my book, `River Assault', which about the battle of your town. Sorry that I can't help you with your questions. However, Menna did tell us an interesting story about the Jewish tombstones. When they were knocked over in the 1940s everyone thought it was the Nazis. No. According to her it was age and the wind. We had a look at the cemetery on our way back to our hotel and I think that she is right. FYI: she had a Jewish heritage event in the old town hall when we were there.
