      Actually it's the Arabic alphabet, which with one or two extra letters is also used for Dari (Persian) and Pashtu. I would transliterate the top version as as Stooree and the bottom one as "Stooroo - the Arabic alphabet does not use short vowels so in both versions they should have left out the first "waw" and in the second version they have misspelled it, by using a "ye" not a "waw" at the end. Alas my Persian dictionary revealed no obscene meaning in either spelling
