From 1st Battalion, The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada:
- 3x Rifle Platoons of "C" Company, under their respective Platoon Commanders
- the battalion's Mortar Platoon under Capt A.L. MacLaurin
- total strength: 4x officers & 107x other ranks
From the Toronto Scottish Regiment (M.G.):
- 5x officers and 120x other ranks, with 48x MMGs w/AA mountings, under the battalion's Commanding Officer, Lt-Col G.S.N. Gostling
