I have a spare 4th Canadian Armoured Division Battledress that I'd prefer to trade for an un badged BD. Mine is in OK condition, exterior is nice, normal wear but the inside cotton lined collar area is well worn. Tunic is a size 10, made in March 1945. It had at some point a set of Battalion titles, ghost image is still present. It retains the CANADA and 4th Armd Div patches (all melton). Has 3 red svc chevrons on the lower right sleeve and crossed rifles on the lower left sleeve. I'm thinking that it may have been a Lincoln and Welland Regiment or an Algonquin Regiment BD, as it has CANADA and the crossed rifles are likely from an infantier. No svc number or name. I need a size 6 (or I think a size 19) or would consider a size 9. It must be Canadain and the 37 pattern, not faced not 49 pattern. I can E Mail pics if anyone has an interest. Thanks |
