John Starnes, DL2/RCMP Security Service.

I've came some interesting article about the low key role of cold war era spying of the late John Starnes. His back ground biography is interesting as he enlisted in The Black Watch Regiment of Canada and later transferred in the Canadian Intelligence Corps. He later joined the Canadian diplomatic corps of External Affairs and later was assigned to the RCMP Security Services.
